Juan Donovan & Danni Jackson Break Out Of Their ‘Chains’

Chains

In today’s global society collaborators no longer need to be in the same town, or even country for that matter. Music is everywhere. When two artists can truly connect great music is the result, no matter where they are from. Juan Donovan and Danni Jackson proved that last year with their work on  breakout single “So Sick.” Now the duo is back for more with new single “Chains” set for bigger heights in 2018.

Hailing from Baltimore, Maryland, Juan Donovan is a talented producer and DJ. Danni Jackson is a singer-songwriter and actress from the United Kingdom. The seemingly random pairing has come onto the Independent Pop music scene with a vengeance. There is a chemistry here that is undeniable.

Prepare to break the “Chains”

The release of “Chains” on March 1st is set to launch the duo to the next level. The song is a mid tempo Pop track with touches of R&B and Dance music littered in to appeal to all fans of good music. The lyrics of Danni Jackson are emotion-filled and soulful. It seems these images come from a personal place dealing with a controlling relationship in the past. She has broken the Chains.

The elegant yet driving beat provided by Juan Donovan moves the song forward with a purpose. He adds some warmth to the melody that complement the vocals perfectly. The power is entrancing as you will find your body swaying with the music uncontrollably. This is truly skilled production in the Pop genre.

The accompanying music video, directed by NITIN adds to the beauty of “Chains”. The contrast of  colorful and dark imagery keeps your attention throughout. We can dive right into what Danni is going through. We are glad to see here on the other side.

“Chains” should keep reaching new audiences looking for fresh sounds in pop music. We are also hoping to hear more from this dynamic duo sooner than later.
