Los Angeles-based alternative pop duo ALKE announce the premiere of their infectious new single and video “All Night.” The bright indie-pop track premiered via The Line of Best Fit who beamed that the single was “…an infectious, listenable delight, with a video as lighthearted as the shimmering, sunny synth-pop.”
The fun and irresistible track was written about love’s ability to change one’s perception and outlook on life.
The video interestingly places the playfully, upbeat protagonist in the traditionally serious, sorrowful setting of a hospital thus demonstrating the alternative perspective and outlook ALKE hoped to highlight.
“Love breeds hope and gives peace of mind even when we’re in pain, and we wanted to convey that,” AK Karrasch says. The track certainly accomplishes this and more with its inexplicable, comfortable and soothing effect.

Comprised of Jameson Flood (production, guitar, keys) and AK Karrasch (vocals), ALKE formed when the duo met serendipitously in 2015. Flood and Karrasch were simultaneously working with an artist that they both knew in Nashville, TN. After spending some time together in the studio, the connection between the two of them was evident. Their effortless creative chemistry allowed them to create a bounty of memorable tracks. Following performances in Los Angeles, including a show at the prominent Dirty Laundry in Hollywood, Flood and Karrasch made the move to LA official. When they aren’t creating their own new music, ALKE occasionally collaborates with other artists by either lending vocals or adding to the track’s production. With inspirations that range from NAO, Phantogram, Fleetwood Mac and more, ALKE’s sound is sure to make waves with each upcoming release.
