Echosmith Reimagines “Tell Her You Love Her”

Have you ever wondered whether or not you should tell someone you love them? Echosmith has answered this question by joining forces with multi-platinum singer/songwriter Mat Kearney, to reimagine their song “Tell Her You Love Her.”

Echosmith is an American alt-pop group consisting of siblings Sydney (lead vocals/keyboard), Noah (vocals/bass), and Graham Sierota (drums) based in California. They are a multi-platinum group that has toured with the likes of twenty one pilots and Pentatonix, hit #2 on the iTunes Pop chart with their album Lonely Generation, have been featured on many popular talk shows, and may be well known for their triple-platinum hit-song “Cool Kids”(one of my favorite songs of theirs).

“Tell Her You Love Her” was originally released on Echosmith’s debut album Talking Dreams, and has touched the hearts of many fans who have used the song for engagements and first dances.

Echosmith noted “During quarantine, we rediscovered this beautiful version of a fan favorite and I’m so happy everyone gets to finally hear it. I hope it brings back all those memories and gives you a chance to make some new ones too.”

This reimagined version of “Tell Her You Love Her” is absolutely beautiful. The song looks at a relationship from the outside and acts as a reminder to tell your significant other that you love them.

I think Sydney Sierota and Mat Kearney’s vocals blend together perfectly. The simplicity of the music video adds to the beauty of the song, and allows for the important message to shine. This is a great reimagination of “Tell Her You Love Her.”
