As a band you must master your own local area before pursuing your dreams of becoming world renowned. There is no secret trick that can skip this step if you hope for continued success. Getting out there and connecting your music with fans is hard work. The results are worth it though. Our recent discovery Electric Poets have hit their local stride and now seem ready for the world stage.
Hailing from Minsk, Belarus, the band was formed in 2017. Currently Electric Poets consists of former Stardust Circus members Stevie Black (guitar), and J.J. (guitar), alongside vocalist Dima Shampanov, bassist Roman Kananovich and drummer Denis Kozyrev. Together they create a Modern Hard Rock sound that is fresh but still holds onto the best parts of old school rock.
Electric Poets has put in their time at the rock clubs of Minsk to become known as one of the best bands around. The last year was tough as it was for every artist but recent sold out shows have shown that the band is ready for their big break.
Now Electric Poets are ready to conquer Europe and America with their new single “To The Bottom.” The song opens with a mellow yet dark sound before building into an all out hard rock attack. The deep bass groove is the base the track is built on along with a powerful drum beat to keep it moving forward. Grinding guitars build on top of this to add some flavor. The vocals of Shampanov drip with raw emotion as he pours into every note.
This is a complete modern rock song that will continue to build fans for Electric Poets. Listen to the track on your favorite streaming platform HERE and keep up with the band on their socials:
