Marz One and BK Bonez Slice With ‘Black Nichirin Sword’

Marz One

Though a young artist at only 25, Marz approaches his music with a sense of understanding and experience. Raised on skating and hip hop from a young age in Silver City, NM and currently residing in Tucson, AZ, it was inevitable for him to carve his own destiny musically. Descriptive and thought provoking layers of musicianship accompanied by only the smoothest rhythms, this desert dwella has a message for his listeners. He has done a slew of song with the likes of Hip-hop luminaries like Ed OG, Moka Only, and is a member of the group Drunken Monks with German producer Bo Faat, and is a constant contributor to the Grind Mode Cyphers.

Official Video for ‘“Black Nichirin Sword”

“Black Nichirin Sword” is the only single to the forthcoming full length LP “Snake Charmer Paradox” by MC Marz One (Tucson, AZ) and Multi-Instrumentalist BK Bonez (Ontario, Canada). A sonic barrage highlighting the triumphs of strength and self-realization. Coming off the heels of his last project, Early 2022s “Prima Donna Shangri-La”, Marz One decided to get right back in the booth and do the “Snake Charmer Paradox” project with his frequent collaborator BK Bonez.

The Black Nichirin Sword video  really sets off the music and vice versa with the dark tone, black and white vintage textures and anime aesthetic. and the music is the same with the haunting bassline, steady strings and krispy drums. and for the old school hip-hop fan, the razor sharp cuts and scratches by Tone Spliff at the end adds that extra flava. The fact that this is the only single coming from this project could be just the motivation fans need to get this project because of the rarity of material. You just don’t know how much good stuff will be on the project unless you get it.

Keep an eye out for the entire project in the next month.
