’63 CIRCUS Transports Your Mind Back To A Strange Trip

63 CIRCUS

Now and again you hear a piece of music and wonder “Where has this been all my life?”

That’s how I felt when listening to ‘63 CIRCUS’ self-titled EP. Inspired by The Doors, Pink Floyd, and Dave Brubeck. ’63 CIRCUS is a psychedelic collection of three songs that will transport back to the golden era of music where trippy motifs were all the rage.

Imagine for a moment, your head to toe in ’60s gear, stalking through a party, eyeing the dancers and admiring the decor. Track number one, ‘The Psycho Rise,’ is the perfect transportation music to get you there. There’s a smirk that penetrates the notes, amping up the excitement through each track, dripping with nostalgic value. Yet, it remains fresh enough to provide a ripe new sound. The 2nd track asks the question “Can You Hear Me?” Turn it up and say yes.

Prepare For A Trip With ’63 CIRCUS

The final track of the EP ‘Tale of the Harlot’ provides an almost sinister sound, a marching beat accompanying the haunting vocals. The melody is dreamlike, an echoing voice floating throughout the track, mirrored by the guitar solos, creating an atmospheric piece of music you could imagine engulfing an arena and captivating an audience of thousands.

If psychedelic, ethereal sounds are what you’re after, I can’t recommend ‘’63 CIRCUS’ enough. You’ll know what I mean once you hear it. LISTEN NOW!
